The answer to last week's Challenge Problem was 400 Mathematicians. Number your paper from 1 down to 20 to represent the number of times the door opened. Put the number of people who entered next to each number. 1(1 person), 2(1+2 more people=3), 3(3+2 more people=5), 4(5+2 more people=7), and so on until you get to the 20th door. You then have to add the total number of people who walked through the door each time together to get a sum of 400. A lot of you said 39, however that was just the total people who walked through the door on the 20th time and not how many walked through altogether. Good try to all of you!!!!!
